TokenForge - Careers Page & Job Board CMS

Designed and built a Careers page and CMS-powered job board for a German asset-tokenization company, reusing their existing design system so the team can post and manage roles themselves.

The Challenge

TokenForge is a German asset-tokenization company and one of the EU's pioneers in bringing real-world assets — bonds, real estate, and securities — on-chain in a fully compliant way. As the company grew across five operating countries and 50+ projects, they needed to hire, and their existing website had no dedicated space to do it.

I joined the existing TokenForge Webflow project to design and build a Careers page from the ground up, along with a CMS-powered job board so the team could post, edit, and remove open positions themselves without touching the design or needing a developer each time.

The key constraint: everything had to feel native to the existing brand. TokenForge has a polished, established design system, so the new pages couldn't look bolted-on — they had to reuse the site's existing components, typography, and styling conventions exactly.

The Strategy

Designing within an existing system. Rather than introducing new patterns, I worked with TokenForge's existing component library, reusing their buttons, section layouts, cards, and typography scale. This kept the Careers experience visually consistent with the rest of the site and made the pages feel like they'd always been there.

Building a self-serve job board with the CMS. The core of the project was a Webflow CMS Collection for job listings. I structured it so each open position is a CMS item with fields for role title, department, location, employment type, description, and requirements. This means the TokenForge team can add or close a role in minutes through the Webflow Editor — no code, no design work.

Individual job detail pages. Each listing automatically generates its own detail page from a CMS template, presenting the full role description, responsibilities, and an application call-to-action in a clean, readable layout — all bound to the collection fields.

The Impact

The result is a Careers section that looks and feels like a native part of the TokenForge site, backed by a job board the team fully controls. Posting a new role no longer requires developer time — the marketing and HR team manage everything through the CMS.

By reusing the existing component system, the pages shipped fast and stayed perfectly on-brand, giving a fast-growing tokenization company a professional hiring presence to match its position as an EU market leader.
